Directions for Speakers

Duration of each talk is 25 minutes, plus 5 minutes for Q and A. Please prepare slides accordingly.

Please send us your slides 24 hours in advance in case of technical difficulties.

Let us know, if you haven't already, if you would like to have your talk recorded and if you permit live tweets of your work.

We hope that all speakers are able to stay on for the social interactive session right after the talks to answer more questions and/or generally interact and have fun! Try it out here to make sure your browser works with the platform (opening it in a new window, not tab, is recommended).
